If you created your subscription through www.famflix.mx, you must go to your account control panel on the website. There you will find the cancellation module.

If you created your subscription through the app on Google Play or the App Store, you must go to your app store account settings and cancel from there.

You will have access to the services until the last day of the billing cycle according to the selected plan.
